Filing Cabinet

Our amazing electronic filing cabinet provides the ability to attach any type of electronic file or item to an order.  Attach photos, videos, graphics, electronic faxes, reports, memos & notes, bids, spreadsheets, and any other type of electronic file to an order. Simply drag & drop items on to the order and they are safely stored in the filing cabinet attached that order. At any time, you can retrieve, view, print, email, or send any attached item to a fieldworker or a client. Unlike certain online software systems, your data is stored under your control until you decide to delete it.

Batch capturing and/or labeling of a single photo or a hundred photos is a breeze with Field-Comm. You simply highlight the photos you want to work with, then using Field-Comm.net's automatic batch functions, you can renumber them, label, date, or caption them. You can even separate them into individual groups, such as bid photos & work order photos.
