Office Training

Office usability training sessions will cover, but will not be limited to, the initial set up and basic functionality on receiving work, managing work orders, attaching and submitting results within the full office edition of our Field-Comm.net software solution.

The trainer will instill an understanding of the following features during this session:

Initial set-up of your company preferences, secure users and user preferences
Add and deactivate clients and vendors
Manual entry of work orders, edit work orders and create recurring service schedules
Receive work from clients, assign and send work orders to field workers
Receive, create and attach results: photos/documents/report forms/ bids/memos
Submit results to clients and access order/property history
Create invoices
Order search, filter/sort and screen overviews

Accounting Training

Accounting training sessions will demonstrate use and functionality of the accounting aspects within Field-Comm.net for new users. Covered in this session will be A/R, A/P, Payment posting and reports.

The trainer will instill an understanding of the following features during this session:

Viewing and generating a current and historical A/R Aging report
Viewing and generating a report for receivables and payables
Recording payments received from a client
Creating A/P, payrolls and generating pay stubs for field workers

In-Field Express (IFE) Training

In-Field Express training sessions will instruct how to use In-Field Express to check for new work order requests and send results back to your customer. Additional guidance on exporting orders to Excel, routing your day, attaching results and using memos.

The trainer will instill an understanding of the following features during this session:

Signing into In-Field Express
Accepting Inbound Orders
Exporting order information into Excel
Using the routing tool
Navigating within In-Field Express
Viewing orders and memos
Attaching report forms, bids, photos or documents to orders
Submitting results back to your client and memo usage
Reopening sent items and resubmitting additional results
